The Telecom Association "TAA" has awarded ATEL Technologies, Inc. the Prestigious Recommended Vendor and Customers Choice Awards for 2 years in a row (2016 & 2017). This award is based on a satisfaction survey of industry experts who review the vendors and agents in the industry.

Founded in 1995, TAA is a membership organization of 4,100 independent channel sales partners (IT VARs, telecom agents, network service integrators, business phone system vendors, etc.) who consult with business end-users and share best practices about designing, brokering, selling, installing and managing wide area networks, broadband internet, cloud storage & connectivity, phone lines, business phone systems, VoIP, SIP and managed services on a monthly subscription basis through service vendors who sell through an "independent partner channel".
