Moe Melki, Chief Executive Officer

Moe Melki
Chief Executive Officer

Moe is a technology advocate and an innovator that leads by example. He started out serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy. Then continued on to acquire more technical and management skills prompted by the positions he held in aerospace and defense and the biotech industry. Moe holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Academy and an MBA from Penn State. On a personal level, Moe is a former college athlete and a huge soccer fanatic.

On his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and golf and he's always interested in networking and bringing people together for a good cause.



Steven Handelman, President of ATEL Technologies, Inc.

Steve is primarily a "fix it guy", which helps him understand technology and apply it to business solutions. In fact, he started his career as a teenager working for an outdoor lighting manufacturing company where he developed a fascination with integrating systems and improving efficiency.

Steve graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing in 1982 and got some experience with technology companies before founding ATEL Technologies, Inc. in 1985. His goal was to develop a nimble and adaptive company that could be flexible enough to meet customer needs in a variety of contexts. Steve has a passion for helping businesses grow by leveraging technology solutions.

He spends his free time working with his many passions including the newest technologies, tinkering and fixing things and water activities like snow skiing, sailing, and power boating.


Andrew Cohen, Vice President of ATEL Technologies, Inc.

Andrew played a key role in organizing ATEL Technologies, Inc. into a global sales and marketing organization. ATEL Technologies, Inc. is one of the early adopters of Cloud-Based Hosted Telephone Systems. He has worked to develop both a strong management team a strategic direction for new products and services to ensure customer needs and expectations are exceeded.

Andrew is an insatiable problem-solver who has created a culture of creative solutions, looking at issues from multiple angles and facilitating executive decision-making to ensure an expedient and effective solutions for our customers.

He plays golf in his spare time and lives in Carlsbad, California.


Dan Baldwin, Technology Invoice Auditor

After graduating college with a business degree and serving as a US Navy officer for four years on aircraft carrier USS Ranger (CV- 61) in San Diego, Dan became an expert ICT ("Information & Communications Technology) when he began his technology auditing & solutions consulting career with Pacific Bell which became AT&T in San Diego.

In the same manner that some people can't let a day go by until they complete the New York Times crossword puzzle every day 100% perfectly, Dan views each and every monthly presentation of a technology invoice as an intellectual challenge to be vanquished.


Quentin Kasseh, Technologist

Quentin brings over fifteen years of experience in designing and delivering cloud-based, data-intensive platforms powered by AI. His background in software engineering, combined with a degree in Computer Science and military academy education, gives Quentin a unique mix of technical proficiency and strategic insight. He has successfully founded and led ventures such as Nomad Engineers and Sentinel Data, driving innovation and efficiency across sectors.

Quentin's leadership has resulted in millions of dollars in operational savings for organizations by deploying advanced distributed systems and AI solutions. As an ATEL Technology Advisor, he continues to apply his expertise in transforming complex data challenges into scalable, production-ready platforms, helping businesses optimize their operations and harness the full potential of their data.

Quentin enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiujitsu with his son and appreciates a good book to read.
