ICT Invoice Auditing for $101 Per Month

Term: ATEL Technologies, Inc. offers clients our ICT (information & communications technology) monthly invoice auditing service for a flat rate of $101 per month on a month-to-month basis with a $101 one-time setup fee which is waived on a one-year term agreement.

Guarantee: ATEL Technologies, Inc. guarantees that their ICT invoice auditing service will deliver not less than $202 documented savings per month. If the client does not agree that 200% ROI has been achieved then the client can deliver a 30-day notice of service termination & ATEL Technologies, Inc. will refund the last paid monthly invoice.

Procedure: Client provides ATEL Technologies, Inc. monthly non-scanned PDF invoice from their ICT provider along with the terms of the signed service agreement and/or a copy of the signed agreement. ATEL Technologies, Inc. will create a customized AI bot the scrutinize the invoice, compare it to the signed agreement as well as previous monthly invoices and then prepare a monthly invoice audit report for the client that notices any discrepancies to be reported to ICT vendor as well as whether the client is receiving "market rates" for similar services.

Limits: The $101 fee covers up to 4 hours per month of the ATEL Technologies, Inc. invoice auditor's time which is generally sufficient for most ICT invoices being supported by AI bots. AEL will notify the client if more than 4-hours per month is required to allow the client time to agree on a fair solution.

No Savings Split: Unlike other invoice auditors, ATEL Technologies, Inc. does not take a split of the savings such that the client retains 100% of the savings ATEL Technologies, Inc.'s audit service discovers.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30-days notice to the other. If the one-time $101 setup fee was waived, the client shall pay the $101 setup fee if cancelling within the first 12-months of service.
