Introducing Beth Cahill
My name is Elizabeth Cahill. Please call me Beth. As a single mother in 1998, I realized I needed to embark on a new career in order to make ends meet. Raising two young children in Scripps Ranch empowered me to make a change in the way I thought – “making ends meet” was not what I wanted to teach my kids either. I am now a very proud mother of two 2 adults in college. With the grace of God, an amazing support group – good people, abundance of luck, and passion to succeed– I started my career in sales. Thus, discovering that sales is all about building relationships. Finding joy in helping others achieve their personal, business, and life time goals. I have also ran across the finish line of several full marathons and inspired many to share in the experience. As a membership counselor at Andy Parkers Health Center in Poway, I realized I had a natural ability to build genuine, trusted relationships to connect on a higher spiritual level. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of narrowing down their obstacles, helping set and achieving their goals – peeling back the onion so to speak – digging deep within the heart - to find a solution – to discover how to achieve those goals - whether running a mile or a marathon, walking on a treadmill after a stroke, or losing weight in order not to have another heart attack. After the success I achieved as a membership counselor, one of my clients offered me a lucrative sales position as an Account Executive in the Recycling Industry. I soon was reminded again, whatever I sold, it was about building trusted relationships. After 20 years, I am now a dedicated AITP IT Board Member, working primary with IT Professionals, Facilities, and C- Level Executives – I have built a strong network sticking to the same core principles – build trusted relationships, make a genuine connection, discover their needs, and work diligently to help them. I am proud to share that my journey has led me to Atel Communications. Where I am thriving on helping my network with their IT Initiatives, finding their pain points, and leveraging the expertise the Atel Team has to offer in the ever-changing world in today’s technology.
