Training
Once we're committed to a strategy and have installed all the equipment, we schedule training sessions to help our clients and their team members use it. Quite often, the equipment itself is straightforward and user-intuitive, but we realize that people are reluctant to give up their old ways of doing things. We help employees clear that first hurdle, making sure they're comfortable with some basic features of the new setup and answering any questions they have. We also give them a "cheat sheet" with the most common functions they need based on how their office operates.
After the employees have had time to become familiar with their new equipment, we offer additional training to show more advanced features. We spread out the training like this because we know that too much new information at once can be overwhelming, and it's our goal to make your business communications feel as easy as possible. We wait until your employees are ready and eager to find out what their new solution is capable of.
