How ATEL Becomes Your Communications Partner
At ATEL Technologies, we do more than provide phones and equipment. We develop relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and in turn become their communications partner. This relationship starts with our initial consultation, extends through training sessions with clients, and continues with our support throughout the length of our partnership. We'd like to walk you through our process in a series of newsletter so you know exactly what to expect when you choose to work with ATEL.
Consultation
During our initial meeting, our most important job is to listen to the client. We may ask a few probing questions here or there, but mostly we want to hear what our client wants and needs from their communications system and how their current setup is failing them. Many times new clients think that they're going to be talking about phones and features, but what they're really expressing is how their business operates and what their unique goals are. We listen carefully, because we're looking for opportunities to help each business as a whole beyond their communications. We pay attention to how your business makes money to see if we can amplify your success.
From there, we ask key questions to fill in any blanks and touch on areas that perhaps our clients haven't thought of. We will review their current software and make sure that their IT security is the best possible, preventing costly problems that would have otherwise blindsided our clients. We take care of all the details.
For our next meeting, we show the client the unique solution we've designed for their business. We demonstrate how the equipment we've chosen addresses the goals we've discussed. Very often, the client will have new ideas based on our previous meeting, and we incorporate them into our design. In the end, we want our client to have a unique communications solution that fits them like a glove.
